Mendel Schachter (* 13. July 1903 in Romania; † 19. June 1991 in Marseille) was a romanian-French neuropsychiatrist. He was 87 years old. His education included University of Bucharest and Nancy-Université. He worked at Aix-Marseille University (1896-1971). His awards include Officer of the French Order of Academic Palms and Knight of the National Order of Merit.
