Biography of Michael Scott Weir

Michael Scott Weir (* 28. January 1925; † 22. June 2006) was a british diplomat. He was 81 years old. His education included Balliol College, SOAS, University of London, Dunfermline High School, Dunfermline and University of London. He was awarded the Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George.
