Biography of Michail Issaakowitsch Braginski

Michail Issaakowitsch Braginski (* 11. February 1925 in Kyiv; † 22. October 2009) was a legal scholar. He was 84 years old. He studied at Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He worked at Institut zakonodatelʹstva i sravnitelʹnogo pravovedenii͡a. His awards include Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords and Honored Scientist of the RSFSR.
