Micheil Tumanischwili (* 6. February 1921 in Tbilisi; † 11. May 1996 in Tbilisi) was a soviet theatre director. He was 75 years old. He studied at Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University. He received 10 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Didube Pantheon.
