Mieczysław Rysiński (* 12. September 1930 in Sulejów; † 30. July 2019) was a polish diplomat, intelligence officer. He was 88 years old. His education included Escuela de Oficiales del Cuerpo de Seguridad Interior and Central School of Foreign Service. He worked at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Ministry of Public Security, Committee for Public Security (Poland), Ministry of Interior of Poland (1954–1990) and Abteilung I des MSW.
