Biography
Miloš Forman (* February 18, 1932 in Čáslav; † April 13, 2018 in Danbury) was a czech American director, screenwriter, and professor. He was 86 years old. He had 3 wives. He had 4 children. His education included Academy of Performing Arts and Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He received 9 awards, including Czech Medal of Merit, Directors Guild of America Award. His cause of death was disease. He was buried at Warren.
