Mirosław Kłos (* 2. January 1946 in Brzeźnio; † 15. March 2008 in Warsaw) was a polish transfusiologist. He was 62 years old. He studied at Military Medical Academy. He worked at Wojskowy Instytut Medyczny z Centralnym Szpitalem Klinicznym Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Gold Honorary Badge of the Polish Red Cross and Bar and Kryształowe serce. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
