Məmməd Quliyev (* 9. February 1936 in Goychay; † 2. October 2001 in Baku) was a sowjetisch-aserbaidschanischer Komponist. He was 65 years old. He studied at Baku Academy of Music. He was awarded the Honored Art Worker of the Azerbaijan SSR.
