Biography of Modris Ģelzis

Modris Ģelzis (* 25. September 1929 in Riga; † 14. February 2009) was a latvian architect. He was 79 years old. He studied at University of Latvia. He worked at Latgyprogorstroy, Riga Technical University and Art Academy of Latvia.
