Biography of Mysore Narasimhachar Srinivas

Mysore Narasimhachar Srinivas (* 16. November 1916 in Mysore; † 30. November 1999) was an indian anthropologist. He was 83 years old. His education included University of Oxford, University of Mumbai and Elphinstone College. He worked at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and University of Delhi. His awards include Padma Bhushan in science & engineering, Huxley Memorial Medal and honorary doctorate from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis.
