Natan Varshavsky (* 1. January 1908 in Kerch; † 1. January 1994 in Saint Petersburg) was a soviet radio engineer, developer of early television. He was 86 years old. He studied at Vladimir Ulyanov (Lenin) LETI Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University. He worked at Popov Institute of radio communications and acoustics and Television Scientific Research Institute. He was awarded the Honoured Radioman of the USSR. He was buried at Bogoslovskoe cemetery.
