Nicolae Teodorescu (* 18. July 1908 in Bucharest; † 7. March 2000 in Bucharest) was a rumänischer Mathematiker. He was 91 years old. He studied at The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Bucharest. He was awarded the honorary doctor of Caen University.
