Niels Neergaard (* 27. June 1854 in Hjørring; † 2. September 1936 in Copenhagen) was a dänischer Politiker und Premierminister. He was 82 years old. He studied at University of Copenhagen. His awards include commander of the Order of the Dannebrog, Grand Cross of the Order of the Dannebrog and Decoration of the Cross of Honour of the Dannebrog. He was buried at Assistens Cemetery.
