Niklāvs Strunke (* 6. October 1894 in Gostynin; † 13. October 1966 in Rome) was a latvian artist and illustrator. He was 72 years old. He was married to Olga Strunke. He had at least 2 children (1 son and 1 daughter). His education included Jūlija Madernieka studija and Imperial Academy of Arts. His awards include Order of the Three Stars, 4th Class and Raiņa un Aspazijas fonda balva. He was buried at Protestant Cemetery, Rome.
