Biography of Noel Rockmore

Noel Rockmore (* 15. December 1928 in New York City; † 19. February 1995 in Kenner) was an american artist. He was 66 years old. His education included The Putney School and Juilliard School. He was awarded the Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Biennial Award.
