Biography of Norman Wengert

Norman Wengert (* 7. November 1916 in Milwaukee; † 28. July 2001) was an american political scientist. He was 84 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin Law School, Tufts University, The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Concordia University Wisconsin. He worked at University of Michigan and Colorado State University.
