Biography of Oktay Afandiyev

Oktay Afandiyev (* 26. March 1926 in Baku; † 26. February 2013 in Baku) was an azerbaijani historian. He was 86 years old. He studied at Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies. His awards include Shohrat Order, Order of the Badge of Honour and Medal "For Labour Valour".
