Biography of Olev Saks

Olev Saks (* 23. October 1930 in Tartu; † 5. April 2017) was an estonian physicist and meteorologist. He was 86 years old. His education included Tartu Tamme Upper Secondary School, University of Tartu, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University and D.I. Mendeleyev All-Russian Institute for Metrology. He worked at University of Tartu. He received 4 awards, including Prize of Soviet Estonia, University of Tartu Medal.
