Oqtay Eldägäz (* 11. March 1934 in Baku; † 16. May 2002 in Baku) was an aserbaidschanischer Schriftsteller. He was 68 years old. He studied at Faculty of Philology of the Baku State University. He was buried at Əmircan, Baku.
