Orion P. Howe (* 29. December 1848 in Portage County; † 27. January 1930 in Springfield) was an united States Army Medal of Honor recipient. He was 81 years old. His education included New York University, New York University College of Dentistry and United States Naval Academy. He was awarded the Medal of Honor. He was buried at Springfield National Cemetery.
