Oskar I. (* 4. July 1799 in Paris; † 8. July 1859 in Stockholm Palace) was a könig von Schweden und Norwegen. He was 60 years old. He was married to Joséphine de Beauharnais jr.. He had at least 5 children (5 sons). His education included Uppsala University and Lycée Louis-le-Grand. His faith was Lutheranism. He received 10 awards, including Knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece, Knight of the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky. He was buried at Bernadotte crypt.
