Biography of Osvalds Tīlmanis

Osvalds Tīlmanis (* 8. November 1900 in Šķibe; † 21. May 1980 in Riga) was a latvian architect. He was 79 years old. His education included Academia Petrina, University of Tartu and Latvijas Universitāte. Arhitektūras fakultāte. He worked at Latvijas Valsts Universitāte, Latgyprogorstroy and Riga Technical University. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Forest Cemetery.
