Oswaldo López Arellano (* 30. June 1921 in Danlí; † 16. May 2010 in Tegucigalpa) was a president of Honduras. He was 88 years old. He studied at Honduras Military Academy General Francisco Morazán. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic. His cause of death was prostate cancer.
