Biography of Paul Bénichou

Paul Bénichou (* 19. September 1908 in Tlemcen; † 14. May 2001 in Paris) was a französischer Romanist und Literaturwissenschaftler. He was 92 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). His education included École Normale Supérieure, Lycée Louis-le-Grand and Lycée Condorcet. He worked at Harvard University, École alsacienne and Lycée Janson-de-Sailly. He received 6 awards, including Concours général, Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
