Biography of Paul C. Gartzke

Paul C. Gartzke (* 6. October 1927 in Milwaukee; † 25. September 2009) was a judge. He was 81 years old. His education included Harvard Law School, University of Iowa, University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, University of Virginia School of Law, Shorewood High School and Wisconsin State College of Milwaukee.
