Paul D. Foote (* 27. March 1888 in Andover; † 2. August 1971 in Washington) was an american inventor. He was 83 years old. His education included University of Minnesota, Case Western Reserve University and University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He was buried at National Memorial Park.
