Paul Seidelin (* 30. October 1906 in Copenhagen; † 4. April 1981 in Ærøskøbing) was a danish priest and theologian. He was 74 years old. He was married to Anna Sophie Seidelin. He studied at Øregård Gymnasium. He worked at Aarhus University. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog and honorary doctorate of the University of Copenhagen.
