Per Borten (* April 3, 1913 in Flå Municipality; † January 20, 2005 in St. Olavs hospital, Trondheim University Hospital) was a 25th Prime Minister of Norway. He was 91 years old. He studied at Norwegian University of Life Sciences. His faith was Lutheranism. He was buried at Flå Church.
