Peter Božič (* 30. December 1932 in Bled; † 10. July 2009 in Ljubljana) was a slovenian writer and politician. He was 76 years old. He studied at University of Ljubljana. His awards include Order of Freedom of the Republic of Slovenia, Župančič Award and Prešeren Fund Awards. He was buried at Žale Central Cemetery.
