Biography of Petro Iwanow

Petro Iwanow (* 23. October 1921 in Большая Вергунка; † 6. July 1997 in Kyiv) was a soviet poet. He was 75 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 son). He studied at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He worked at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and T.H. Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His awards include Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class, Order of the Red Star and Order of the Badge of Honour.
