Phạm Văn Đồng (* 1. March 1906 in Quảng Ngãi; † 29. April 2000 in Hanoi) was a first Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, diplomat. He was 94 years old. He studied at Lycée Albert Sarraut. He received 5 awards, including Order of Klement Gottwald, Gold Star Order. He was buried at Mai Dịch Cemetery.
