Philip Edward Archer (* 22. February 1925 in Tarkwa; † 10. May 2002 in Korle - Bu Teaching Hospital) was a ghanaischer Chief Justice. He was 77 years old. His education included Adisadel College and University of Nottingham. He was awarded the Order of the Star of Ghana.
