Biography of Philip K. Bates

Philip K. Bates (* 2. July 1902; † 21. December 1993) was an american food scientist. He was 91 years old. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University and Tufts University. He was awarded the Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists.
