Biography of Pilip Piestrak

Pilip Piestrak (* 14. November 1903 in Sakoŭcy; † 22. August 1978 in Minsk) was a playwright. He was 74 years old. He worked at Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Union of Belarusian Writers. He received 5 awards, including Order of the October Revolution, Order of the Red Banner of Labour. He was buried at Eastern Cemetery.
