Rafiz Ismailov (* 30. March 1939 in Baku; † 30. April 2025) was an azerbaijani film artist. He was 86 years old. He studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. His awards include People's Artist of Azerbaijan, Honored painter of Azerbaijan SSR and State Prize of the Azerbaijan SSR.
