Biography of Red Smith

Red Smith (* 25. September 1905 in Green Bay; † 15. January 1982 in Stamford) was an american sportswriter. He was 76 years old. His education included University of Notre Dame and Green Bay East High School. He worked at New York Herald Tribune. His awards include George Polk Award and Pulitzer Prize for Commentary. He was buried at Philadelphia.
