Biography of René Hausman

René Hausman (* 21. February 1936 in Verviers; † 28. April 2016 in Verviers) was a belgischer Comicautor und Künstler. He was 80 years old. He worked at Spirou, Le Trombone illustré, Fluide Glacial, Samedi-Jeunesse, Tintin, BoDoï, Moustique, À Suivre and Le Soir. His awards include Prix Grand Boum, Prix Québec-Wallonie-Bruxelles de littérature de jeunesse and Knight of the Order of the Crown. His cause of death was heart failure. He was buried at Heusy.
