Biography of René Lepelley

René Lepelley (* 4. April 1925 in Quettehou; † 29. August 2011 in Caen) was a französischer Romanist und Dialektologe. He was 86 years old. His education included Paris Nanterre University and collège Saint-Paul de Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. He worked at University of Caen Normandy. His awards include Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit, Commander of the French Order of Academic Palms and Knight of the National Order of Merit.
