Biography of Richard Avedon

Richard Avedon (* 15. May 1923 in New York City; † 1. October 2004 in San Antonio) was an american photographer. He was 81 years old. He was married to Evelyn Frank and Doe Avedon. His education included Columbia University, DeWitt Clinton High School, The New School for Social Research and PS 6. He received 5 awards, including Hasselblad Award, Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. His cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.
