Biography of Richard E. Flathman

Richard E. Flathman (* 6. August 1934 in Saint Paul; † 6. September 2015) was an american political scientist. He was 81 years old. He studied at University of California, Berkeley. He worked at Johns Hopkins University and Reed College. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
