Richard Edward Rutledge (* 23. October 1932; † 6. May 2020 in Folsom) was an early victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. He was 87 years old. His education included San Leandro High School, University of Notre Dame and University of California, Berkeley. He worked at Safeway Stores, Bechtel and Ames Research Center. His faith was Catholicism. His cause of death was COVID-19.
