Richard McKelvey (* 27. April 1944 in Geneva; † 22. April 2002 in Pasadena) was an american political scientist. He was 57 years old. His education included Washington University in St. Louis, Oberlin College, University of Rochester and Horace Greeley High School. He worked at California Institute of Technology. He was awarded the Fellow of the Econometric Society.
