Richard N. Frye (* January 10, 1920 in Birmingham; † March 27, 2014 in Boston) was an american historian. He was 94 years old. He was married to Eden Naby. His education included Harvard University and University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
