Biography of Richard Whately

Richard Whately (* 1. February 1787 in London; † 8. October 1863 in Dublin) was a british rhetorician, logician, economist, and theologian. He was 76 years old. He was married to Elizabeth Whately. He had at least 2 children (2 daughters). He studied at Oriel College. He worked at University of Oxford. His faith was Anglicanism. He was awarded the Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was buried at St Patrick's Cathedral.
