Robert W. Floyd (* June 8, 1936 in New York City; † September 25, 2001 in Stanford) was an american computer scientist. He was 65 years old. He was married to Christiane Floyd. He studied at University of Chicago. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Turing Award.
