Biography
Robert H. Grubbs (* February 27, 1942 in Possum Trot; † December 19, 2021 in Duarte) was a nobel prize winning American chemist. He was 79 years old. He was married to Helen O'Kane-Grubbs. His education included Columbia University, University of Florida, Paducah Tilghman High School, Stanford University and Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. He received 9 awards, including Nobel Prize in Chemistry, Benjamin Franklin Medal. He was buried at Mountain View Cemetery and Mausoleum.
