Robert Peter Rich (* 28. August 1919 in Lowville; † 11. September 2007) was a ph.D. The Johns Hopkins University 1950. He was 88 years old. His education included Johns Hopkins University and Hamilton College. He worked at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
