Biography of Robert V. Decareau

Robert V. Decareau (* 26. May 1926; † 18. January 2009) was an american food scientist. He was 82 years old. He studied at University of Massachusetts Amherst. He was awarded the Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists. His cause of death was Alzheimer's disease.
