Biography of Roman Kintanar

Roman Kintanar (* 13. June 1929 in Cebu City; † 6. May 2007 in Quezon City) was a filipino meteorologist. He was 77 years old. His education included University of Texas at Austin and University of the Philippines. He was awarded the International Meteorological Organization Prize.
