Rosalynn Carter (* August 18, 1927 in Plains; † November 19, 2023 in Plains) was a first Lady of the United States from 1977 to 1981. She was 96 years old. She was married to Jimmy Carter. She had 4 children. She studied at Georgia Southwestern State University. Her faith was Baptists. She received 7 awards, including American Peace Award, Delta Prize for Global Understanding. Her cause of death was dementia.
